    I have booked the stay for a day, but the bed and all look of room was ok ok and then mattress was weirdly shaped like up and down. I would not recommend this stay to couple’s Atleast don't book luxury.

    TV remote kept in room was found broken. I brought it to notice of the person (manager) in the reception. Wasn't replaced till the day (3 days) we left. No toiletries were kept by the staff except soaps. Towels weren't replaced any day, lucky that we had brought our own, just in case. Cockroaches infest the room. Informed this to the reception. By the way the quickest response from them when I requested them for a self driven car on hire! I have honestly stated our experience while we stayed in the property. I leave it to the imagination of the people interested in staying there.

    Very disappointing stay at Goa Courtyard for 3 nights. The biggest issue was the cockroach infestation—there were cockroaches all over the room, including on the bed. It genuinely felt like the cockroaches were having a party in our room whenever we stepped out. Room service was extremely poor. On the second day, I specifically requested housekeeping, handed over the room keys, and went out for the day. When we returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. Another major issue was the room allocation. I had booked and paid for a pool-view room, and my booking confirmation clearly mentioned “Pool View.” However, the hotel denied this, claiming it was not showing in their system, and gave us a different room instead. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and failure to honor the booked room type made this a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel and hope management takes these issues seriously.
