    We reached the hotel at around 8:00 AM and asked for the room key. The staff told us that we had to pay extra for early check-in, so I paid ₹500. Since my children were not included in the booking, I was also charged an additional ₹1,000, even though they did not provide an extra bed or cot. In total, I paid ₹1,500 extra on top of the room rent for our two-day stay. I politely requested them to waive the children's charge because they were not providing any extra facilities, but they completely refused. There was no willingness to negotiate or understand our situation. When I said I would leave honest feedback about my experience, they even told me that I would not be allowed to stay at the hotel again. Later, they agreed to let us check in only after I paid the additional ₹1,500. The staff's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. The room also had a strong sealant/chemical smell. I requested a different room, but they refused to change it. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel based on the poor customer service and lack of hospitality. The blanket inside the blanket cover was extremely dirty and had turned black with age. The walls of the room were also very dirty. There was an old, broken table in the room that looked like it had never been maintained. The walls had sealant visible all over them, making the room look unfinished and poorly maintained. The cupboard was just for the sake of having one—it was so dirty that you couldn't even keep your belongings inside. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I strongly recommend that no one stay at this resort. It was a terrible experience. I also contacted Agoda and requested them to update my booking to include my children, but they said they couldn't help. I am highly disappointed with both Agoda and shelasta Holiday Resort. This stay was a complete waste of my money.

    We have visited the property with family for a one day stay but couldn't stay at night. Rooms were not cleaned.

    I stayed here for almost 10 days, firstly after informing multiple times in a day no housekeeping was carried out in my room. They always said after 3pm but nobody would actually come to clean. After complaining from on the day of arrival to 3rd day about tv not working. They only said tv would be given to premium category rooms. On 4th day I got my tv recharge done. Also no towels would be given.
