    I had a wonderful 5-night stay and found the hotel to be excellent value for money. The location is truly one of its biggest strengths. Right at the center of everything in tole, making it very convenient to explore, dine, shop, and get around with ease. Just 10 mins walk from Trevi fountain! The breakfast was consistently good with enough variety to start the day well, and while the rooms are simple, they are decent, comfortable, and perfectly suitable for a relaxing stay. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. I did encounter a small issue with the air conditioning, but it was addressed and fixed immediately, which showed how responsive and professional the team is. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a great choice if you’re looking for a well-located hotel that offers solid value and genuinely good service.

    Besides the location, nothing was great. We asked for a smokers room, in a high floor with a large bed and got a tiny windowless chamber in the first floor with 2 mattresses united by bedsheets. When we asked the receptionist about it, we were answered that they don't have any other way for the bed. The bedsheets had stains. We paid a lot of money for this room. The breakfast was the same boring menu everyday. If you wouldn't mind the price and low quality of things, it's a great place.

    We stay here since 2017 everytime come to rome usually stay here, good breakfast and husein staff at receptionist service us very well, sure we will.come back again

    My room was beside the very noisy elevator, and the music from the Terrace bar was blaring until past midnight on a weekday. The windows were minute, had a wall a couple of meters away, and the temperature control device was devastated. No way to use it. They would not change my room to a less noisy one - probably miffed by my not having booked directly. The photos on the Internet look great, the hotel does not.
