    The property is extremely poorly maintained, and even basic facilities are not available. The condition of the room was very bad and far below what was shown in the photos. The property appeared to be managed by a single person, who was handling everything, resulting in poor service and maintenance. The swimming pool shown/listed was not available at all. Overall, the actual condition of the property was completely different from what was advertised online. I feel that I have wasted my money by booking this property. I strongly recommend that other travelers do not book this property unless the actual condition and facilities are verified. I would also strongly suggest that Agoda physically verify properties before listing them on the platform. The difference between the advertised photos and the acutal property condition was unacceptable.
