DDM Stay is in a great location, very close to the train stations, which made it convenient to get around. The room was clean, decent, and affordable, making it a good value for the price.
One thing to note is that the accommodation is located along a narrow alley, so it may not feel as comfortable for solo travelers, especially at night. The bathroom sink had a small leak, but it wasn't a major issue for us. Also, early check-in is not available, and there is no receptionist on-site, so everything is handled through self-check-in.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to travelers looking for a budget-friendly place in a convenient location.

Good was the location and the possibility to free laundry
Bad was the room facilities and cleanliness. From broken floor to extreme loud and broken air-conditioning to stains and hairy bed sheets. We have the feeling that the whole bed wasn't changed after the previous guests. The bathroom sink was dropping all drainage on the floor instead of being piped properly. Toilet seat nearly fell apart. I would not complain if this place was around 10 usd a night but given its elevated price this is definitely the worst price value we ever got.
