The facility is your best bet at Ames.
I think the low rating due to older reviews.
Facilities have been upgraded & interiors are fantastic.
Super comfortable beds. Very clean maintenance.
My only gripe would be no hot breakfast except for waffles.
Location can't be beat.
Highly recommend you don't miss this place
