    Very pleasant experience staying here. Ms Karthiga provided excellent service and went the extra mile to arrange a birthday cake and a mini decoration for my brother’s birthday. We really appreciated her effort and hospitality. It made our stay even more memorable.

    I was surprised that there is dust and no cleanliness in the room that was offered. Breakfast was usual as expected from 4 star property and I felt that staff should respond in time if requested for some service.. spent 15k but found value worth half of it.. but yeah it's what it is .. no recourse of getting anything refunded
