    My two stays at Corus Hotel London were nothing short of a nightmare. The hotel allowed sewage to flood the toilet for days without proper repair, showing complete incompetence and disregard for guest health. Staff were not just unhelpful—they were hostile, ignoring email requests and enforcing absurd policies. The broken air conditioning was replaced with a feeble fan, exposing utter negligence. This hotel’s abysmal hygiene, atrocious service, and total lack of respect for guests make it a disgrace and a place to avoid at all costs!
