Great location right on the beach in Tulum. The restaurant and bar were small, but perfect for the accommodations.

Being RIGHT on the beach with a view of the ocean from our front balcony was amazing! The people that work here are the nicest people on earth. So kind, thoughtful, and patient with English speakers. The free parking was really helpful, the room was cleaned any time we requested, and the free full breakfast was much more than expected! Great value for a beautiful place on the water.

Lovely hotel in great location, nice breakfast, staff friendly, room very clean. Really nice beach front location.
Just a shame they have no bikes for you to rent.

there was a dog facility next door with barking dogs that woke me up. the water comes our of shower is salt water. the location and and beach is beautiful and the staff were friendly. breakfast is very good
