    The room was clean and nice. The hallways showed elements of unfinished renovation and the elevators were programmed incorrectly, leading to long rides.

    The experience is good, checkin and checkout was smooth. There was a 5.6 euro as city tax in the checkin but not mentioned before. The rooms was newly renovated and was very clean.

    The air conditioning did not work for three straight days. This was right between a heat wave. It was hit and suffocating to say the least when I asked the staff to help, they only thing they did was opened the window. It was highly u comfortable living there. But since I had already spent quite a bit on my stay, I couldn’t book another hotel. I requested for a refund hoping I could use to book myself an alternative arrangement, I was told it would take 2 weeks. Apart from it being in a great location, everything about the hotel (no ac, lack of staff support, no Amenities) everything was a downer.
