    Location of the hotel is perfect. Right on the street with all the actions but has a quiet feel. Directly on the long white sandy beach with super view. Although the beach is public but it felt like very private.

    Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L'établissement est magnifique, avec une architecture soignée, deux très belles piscines dont l'une offrant une superbe vue sur l'océan, ainsi que des chambres élégantes, confortables et parfaitement équipées. Son emplacement est également un véritable atout : d'un côté, on profite du calme et de la vue sur la mer, et de l'autre, il suffit de quelques pas pour rejoindre le cœur de Chaweng, avec ses nombreux commerces, restaurants, boutiques et toutes les commodités. Deux points nous ont toutefois un peu déçus. Le premier est l'absence d'un espace réservé aux adultes. Avec deux piscines, il aurait été appréciable que l'une d'elles soit dédiée aux adultes afin d'offrir un environnement plus paisible. En haute saison, les enfants sont présents partout, ce qui peut parfois nuire à la tranquillité recherchée. Le second concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui, sans être mauvais, ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur du standing de l'hôtel. Enfin, le service était parfois inégal. La Thaïlande est réputée pour la gentillesse de son accueil, et nous avons effectivement rencontré des membres du personnel particulièrement chaleureux et attentionnés. En revanche, d'autres semblaient plus distants, avec peu de sourires et une attitude donnant parfois l'impression que le client passait au second plan. À l'inverse, le spa mérite une excellente mention : les soins étaient de grande qualité, le personnel particulièrement aimable et professionnel, et la salle de fitness est très agréable et bien équipée pour s'entraîner dans de bonnes conditions. Dans l'ensemble, il s'agit d'un très bel hôtel que nous recommandons volontiers, notamment pour son cadre exceptionnel et son emplacement idéal.

    Right at beginning of town, hotel, service and location perfect. Rooms clean and quiet and pool amazing, beach fantastic to swim from. Amenities - Spa fantastic, food on site great and close to shops and restaurants
