The main thing for us is the shower as per photos. Easy stroll into main area. Staff are somewhat attentive. They gave us the option to move but the other room was the same. If the bathrooms were cleaner we would come back.

The hotels location is absolutely amazing. Directly on the beach and the area was relatively quiet. Staff were phenomenal, so warm and welcoming. Particularly the bar and pool staff who can’t do more to help. Food and drinks are great and good value for money. Hotel is exceptionally clean and tidy!

Stayed here for 5 nights with breakfast included. Facilities are a little dated but clean. Two pools and a beach bar. It is situated a little south of the busy section of Chaweng Beach but only a short walk away. Staff were very helpful. We would stay there again

The hotel is in an excellent central location in Samui and quiet at night, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Charging around *** per night (***) for a property in such poor condition is unacceptable. The hotel is badly maintained, with noisy pipes, a non-functional jacuzzi, and visible neglect throughout the room. It’s a real shame, because the hotel has great potential, but the blatant disregard for guests and their money is simply unbearable.
