    So we reached there at 7 am, and the checking time was so long but they let us to check in at 10 am. And moreover the staff was too much friendly

    I was disappointed with the customer service during my check-out on 28 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. There were no other guests waiting at the reception, yet I was asked to wait for just 5 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for approximately 20 minutes without receiving any explanation or update from the reception staff. The main issue was not just the waiting time, but the lack of communication and consideration for the guest. Good customer service should include keeping guests informed and respecting their time. Unfortunately, the reception service did not meet my expectations. I hope the hotel will improve its staff training and customer service standards to provide a better experience for future guests.

    It's my second time at chang siam inn and i have great experience each time. Its located near mall, bus stop, and 7-eleven.
