I loved that place. The room is large, the sower room is fascinating. The location is wonderful. The pools are amazing. The staff is amazing. The food is delicious. I loved the place though the spa was a bit of nightmare. We agreed neck and shoulders, and also legs. But due to lack of time she just did feet massage and said she misunderstood me although the manager spoke very well English. They then offered me redo but then it was late already. Other than that wonderful place to stay. If I had a chance to be there, I would choose that place over and over again.

Upon arrival from international flight, I didn't like the rooms shown to me. I also felt the pictures on agoda didn't match the hotel in terms of the hotel looking more old and needing maintenance to look like the pictures. I expressed my disappointment in reception and Adi, hotel manager upgraded my rooms free of charge. I booked 2 days of touring through the hotel and had an issue and again Adi professionally dealt with the matter. The hotel provided me with gluten free bread to meet my dietary needs. The staff will look after you and are kind and lovely in their manner. The room was comfortable, good bedding, hot shower with good pressure, basic room amenities like fridge, kettle, tea and coffee etc. The pool area was OK. 15 minutes walk into the centre with temples but close to shops wnd monkey forest, you can walk by foot. I would recommend this hotel. I think with some decorating, maiantemce wnd deep clean this hotel could be even nicer. They did engage in pre arrival booking emails but were very slow and needing chasing. Overall, I enjoyed my 7 nights stay.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Room is also good, however with basic amenities. We did not have food so can not rate it. Over all an average resort with good location and great restaurent and shopping places nearby.
