So much ants even the bed have ants and have a cockroach everywhere . Bidet and shower is not working also and the water is dirty. But thanks also to the stuff that help us try to fix it and change our room even though still not prepare .

Worth the money. Good place For relaxation. if you want to escape city life this is a great area.

I booked a Log Cabin for 4 adults through Agoda to celebrate my son’s 3rd birthday. We arrived around 4:30 PM after taking the ferry from Cebu. Unfortunately, the experience started poorly. The front desk initially couldn’t find my Agoda reservation. Instead of explaining the situation clearly in English or Filipino, the staff kept speaking in Ilonggo without asking if I could understand. They then wanted us to transfer to a room with only one large bed, even though I had specifically booked and prepaid for a room with two queen beds. After I declined, they upgraded us to an Indian Hut Loft at no extra cost, which I appreciated. Upon check in, they required a ₱500 security deposit and accepted only cash or credit cards. Debit cards were not accepted. In 2026, that’s very inconvenient. I was also told that room charges were available. During dinner, we went to the restaurant near the main entrance. The food selection was very limited and served cafeteria style. What concerned me most was that the food was left uncovered while large flies were swarming around it. We decided not to eat there and instead ordered pizza and fries. We were then told fries were unavailable and that room charging was not possible because the restaurant was supposedly operated by a different company, contradicting what the front desk had told us. Since there were no other practical options, we had to leave the resort just to have dinner. The room itself also needed significant maintenance. The faucet wasn’t working properly, the shower had very low water pressure, the hot and cold shower was broken, and the shower selector wasn’t functioning. Ironically, the bidet had stronger water pressure than the shower. The front desk also informed us upon check in that the TV and modem inside the room were not working. Breakfast was disappointing. There were only three main dishes: corned beef, tocino, and bangus with eggs. My daughter wanted Milo, but when she scooped it, there were insects underneath the container. Flies were still everywhere around the dining area. Near the water dispenser by the kitchen entrance, there was also a strong cockroach odor, which raised concerns about sanitation. After breakfast, I experienced diarrhea. Another major inconvenience was the lack of WiFi in the rooms. Public WiFi is only available at the reception area. Considering that mobile signal is already weak because of the mountain location, reliable room WiFi should be a basic amenity. Many of the attractions advertised inside the resort, including the cable car and water slide, require additional fees ranging from around ₱100 to ₱200 per person. If you’re expecting these to be included with your stay, they’re not. The mountain views are beautiful, and the room upgrade was appreciated. However, those positives could not make up for the poor maintenance, sanitation issues, inconsistent information from staff, inconvenient payment options, and overall lack of value. Sadly, what was supposed to be a memorable birthday celebration for my son became a disappointing experience. I hope management prioritizes cleanliness, facility maintenance, staff communication, and modern payment options because the resort has potential, but in its current state, I would not recommend staying here.
