The hotel is in a great location, a 4-minute walk from the beach. There is a convenience store right across the street. The staff was polite and they cleaned the room daily. I know you won’t find this information anywhere else but CHECK-IN IS AT 3PM AND CHECK-OUT IS AT 10AM. I tried contacting Agoda and the hotel so many times for that information and never got an answer. I paid extra for a VIP room with a bathtub. There was no tub in the room. The AC barely worked most nights it was the same temperature in the room as it was outside. Which sucked because Korea is in the middle of a heatwave. The bed was a little hard, but fine otherwise. It’s a cheap hotel by the beach so expect a cheap hotel by the beach.

Honestly, if you have the budget, just go book somewhere else.
I booked this place on a whim without further research on the hotel since I visited during BTS Festa.
The hotel itself, it was decent. What you read from other reviews, they’re all true. Upon check in, they gave you basic amenities. Then inside the room, it’s true that you can see hair in the bed, stains on the floor. There was used bar soap & toothpaste left at the bathroom (I didn’t dare touch them). They provide room slippers (not new, dirty) but I advise you, just bring your own. And for your sanity, don’t look behind the desk near the tv (so dirty).
Although I’m still thankful that I was able to get a room here with a reasonable price, considering it was BTS Festa week. Also loved the location, very close to Haeundae beach. 5min walk to the bus stop, nearby CU, and 7min walk to Haeundae station.

We were a bit skeptical about the hotel due to the other reviews we read, but this hotel is not nearly as bad as a lot of the other reviews make it out to be. Even though there are minor flaws which can be improved, the beds are comfortable, the service is good and you get new water and towels (even though they are quite small) every day. The best perks are the close distance to the beach and the CU almost right across the road. We had a wonderful time. Thanks!
