    I give a good review because I got back the charger I left in my room. 1. The room is not clean. There is mold in the sink. There are yellow stains on the sheet and bath towels . 2. The bathtub stopper could not be opened, so the water could not go down during shower. I called the front desk and the lady came, but she couldn't open it either. After a while, another man came and succeeded in opening it. 3. The shower temperature was never stable, which was very annoying. 4. The shower curtain is useless. Water still goes to the floor no matter how I place the curtain. 5. The AC in the working space on the 5th floor is not working at all, which makes it feel like a sauna. 6. The chairs on the balcony look very old. Please at least paint them. 7. The front desk looks more like a tourist agency than a hotel front desk.

    Location is perfect, direct beach access. Atmosphere is clam and peaceful, away from the night hussle of chaweng. Rooms- we had a bungalow with a sea view and that was the best thing I did. This are the ones which are on the beach. Deluxe rooms are away and in a different building. So don't get fooled by beach access if you book deluxe rooms. Value- Can say value for money but still can do better. Cleanliness- okok Noise level- calm and peaceful Service- Rude front desk staff, *** need a special mention as she has no manners as to how to talk to customers. When told to speak politely, she says you can complain to ***. She didn't know my reservation is by agoda and now I have fulfilled her wish. She behaved rudely with my driver too. Promised a parking while booking and later denied it. I told her my driver will park another place but she was shouting like anything. So so rude. I hope she is rewarded by the owner for such a great service. Other staff who came after her was more polite and so cooperative. She agreed that the one in question is very rude and misbehaves with others very often. One dirty fish makes the whole pond dirty and brings bad name. Amenities- Tea coffee maker, hand wash soap, shampoo and body wash all available. No room tissues or facial tissues provided. When asked they give an extra roll of toilet tissues. Breakfast was just hopeless. Starts 8 am which is so weird. It is too late if you want to go for day tours. Secondly the staff is so unwelcoming and rude there too. They never greet you with smiles. Morning 8 am, their white bread stocks are over. They didn't even bother to replenish once finished. Fruits are not replenished once finished. I noticed it continuously during my stay. Hotel don't have their own breakfast. They are outsourcing from *** so their is no responsibility it seems. They don't fill juices in the dispensers which are always at the bottom level. When asked, he took the juice bottle out of the fridge and poured a little in the dispenser, haha. Cost cutting at peak. *** is the incharge of breakfast here. Terrible service. Overall, the location is the most important thing which goes in favour of this hotel. We enjoyed our stay and the beach was amazing.
