Let me start off by saying that I do not blame the staff here. I rarely have ever had any interactions with them aside from the check-in and checkout process, and I only stayed here a few nights. But a few things I think travelers should be aware about. The first is the rooms are incredibly small. As you could see from the photos I provided, there is barely enough space for a bed and a small desk. They do offer a nice big TV, but aside from that there really isn't too much going on in these rooms. Additionally, the bed doesn't even have a comforter or anything that you can use for warmth. Since the room is so small, the Aircon can't get a little bit cold since it's hard to regulate. This combined with no actual blanket or comforter, means that you're either going to freeze or burn with no aircon on. Luckily I read this before I stayed here from a previous traveler, so I packed my own blanket. Thanks to that traveler, it was a saving grace. Additionally, the room seems to have an ant problem. Ants were crawling all over the space. They were in the bathroom, the sink area where you wash your hands, the closet, the desks, everything. There were also insects or some bugs stuck inside of the bathroom lighting fixture. You can see from the photos I provided, a bunch of ants that I had killed right in front of a toilet. They were even in the light fixture in the bathroom. This is actually pretty disgusting. I didn't even bother asking the front desk receptionist to swap rooms, because I decided to only stay in the room a minimal amount of time. I was going to complain, but since I actually only spent about a few hours sleeping in the room, I decided not to put the burden on the staff. I don't know if other rooms are the same, but I was deeply disappointed by this. The only perk for this hotel is that it doesn't charge for parking. Other hotels in the area all charge for parking, and that was the only saving grace for this hotel. Aside from this, security does seem to roam around the parking area, so that's good. Besides that, I DO NOT make this place a recommended stay.
