    Great Location and Wonderful Hospitality! This place has an excellent location—everything you need is within walking distance, including convenience stores. The staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful; they even surprised me with a chocolate from Kazakhstan on my birthday, which truly made my day! The room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. I absolutely loved my stay and will definitely be coming back.

    Its building and room is old one. But maintained well. They provide disposable slippers and an tooth brush/paste. Not only an electric kettle. Spoons, knives and even some dishes equipped. Microwave available near the front desk. Theses are good for budget travellers. wifi connction is OK. Walking distance to main city center. Totally satisdied.

    I was glad that the lady at the front desk allowed me to keep luggage and the guy even helped to carry my heavy luggage upstairs. Love the location and it was really clean. And I'm very surprised they actually came to make up my room when I was away for long day tour from 4am to 12am (my room was messy). But I didn't like the water especially when I came back from the tour at 12am and want to have hot shower but needed to wait for 10 mins only warm water came out (the lady receptionist of course warned me about this but I just felt wouldn't it be wasting a lot of water when the guests kept opening the tap? Wouldn't the solution of getting hot water equipment would be more efficient). Other than that I'm very happy with my stay here.
