The front desk helped us with our online visas going above and beyond without wanting any compensation. Everyone here is very helpful. The hotel offers free transportation to the airport.

    good value for money
    9.6 / 10Outstanding·Apr 2025
This hotel is fantastic! Its proximity to the airport is almost within walking distance. The property is spotless since it's new, and the staff's energy is outstanding. Additionally, their responsiveness on the Agoda messaging chat is exceptional. I am very satisfied with my stay. However, I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Some of the curtains do not completely cover the windows, and a few of the doors don't close properly, which allows noise from nearby party houses to disturb guests. Considering soundproof windows and high-quality curtains could make a significant difference. Also, it might be beneficial to provide the drivers with brief training, as they sometimes discuss with guests their personal matters and seek attention in a strange way. I don't typically review hotels unless I am extremely frustrated or very pleased with my experience. I loved this hotel, and I hope every visitor gets to enjoy it. I also encourage the hotel to consider my feedback so that future guests are not disappointed. Thank you, Bentark Hotel!
