I enjoyed my stay at BWPAA. The staff were friendly from reception to room service. Room service was free so that was a plus for me. Food was also good. The lounge downstairs is also great. Staff were very helpful when they were needed.

This was my first time staying at a hotel outside of the United States, and I was genuinely impressed. The staff were outstanding—professional, welcoming, and consistently helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The location was also excellent and very convenient. The only drawback during my stay was the construction taking place in front of the hotel. That said, I understand this was beyond the hotel’s control, and I appreciated how well management handled the situation. The staff made a clear effort to accommodate me, as well as my family and friends, and their hard work did not go unnoticed. I travel to Addis Ababa at least once a year and have stayed at several different hotels, with mixed experiences. Based on this stay, I definitely plan to return here on my next visit. Once the construction is completed, I’m confident this hotel will be excellent in every aspect.

I was unable to cancel my booking I was sent from pillar to post by Agoda and Best Western Plus. Upon my arrival in Ethiopia, I explained that I had been trying to cancel booking for the past 48 hrs before my arrival and unfortunately they could not assist unless I pay a cancellation fee. I was staying on the 8th floor and there was a strong smell of oil on the floor. The shower was not cleaned properly. I would not recommend
