    I loved the rooms, absoluteluy stunnign and super comfy. The indoor pool was pretty basic, but everything else was excellent. Also great bar and bottleshop inside the hotel.

    I really like the hotel; it's very comfortable, and the location is close to everything in Canmore. However, I think the check-in service is terrible. It's really complicated to check in since every property is owned by a different owner, so we need to check in through either a website or by phone. Since the website is terrible, we need to call, and for those who do not have a Canadian number, it is very hard to contact them, so you need to borrow someone else's phone or go to their lobby to use their cellular phone.

    We enjoyed the space in the 2 bedroom. It was restored with everything we needed, appliances, robes, dishes, etc. Now giving 5 stats because the washer was out of order and the dryer took 3 cycles too dry our 3 wet swimsuits, so it was out of order as well but no sign in it. My daughters room has a fireplace, but the 2 fireplace remote didn't work for it. Otherwise, great stay!

    I stayed at this property last year and had a wonderful experience. The check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone completely downhill since then, and this year was a total nightmare. We were supposed to receive an email with our check-in instructions, but it never arrived. When we went to the front desk for help, the person working at the office wasn't even able to check us in this time. To her credit, she tried her best to help by calling management directly, who had already completely ignored the five phone calls we made ourselves. Because of this total lack of communication and terrible new system, our check-in was delayed by two hours. You would think management would try to make up for their own mistake—especially for a returning guest—but when we asked for a late check-out to compensate for the time we lost, they completely refused. I don't know what changed over the past year, but the management and customer service are now non-existent. It is incredibly disappointing to see a place go from great to this bad. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere.
