My fiancé and I had a lovely experience staying here. From the very start we felt really welcomed, and the staff made our stay feel extra special in ways we truly didn’t expect. Traveling a long distance can be exhausting, so being met with such warmth and generosity meant a lot to us.
The room itself was absolutely beautiful and felt like something out of a royal palace. With its elegant interior and three large windows overlooking the mountains, it honestly made me feel like a princess. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was an experience in itself, and every corner of the room had a sense of elegance that made our stay feel almost like a fairytale. It was truly one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in.
We truly appreciate how everything was handled, and it’s the kind of experience that reminds you how much a little thoughtfulness can mean to someone. Thank you to the team for making our stay memorable for all the right reasons. We would happily recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again! ❤️

Pretty close to what we expected. A small nit is the tiny soaps. Seems to be a trend in hotels, but it getting to the point that the soap provided is too small to use.

The place is pretty old. Bathroom does not have vanity counter space. Booking said “breakfast included” but there is no “breakfast”, they only have coffee and some granola bars. But location is good (20 minutes to Banff entrance).
