    One of the best hotels we stayed at during our two weeks in Canada. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean, while the staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee was available in the lobby, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, with large supermarkets just opposite and downtown within walking distance. Overall, a thoughtful hotel that takes great care of its guests.

    We stayed at Canmore Inn & Suites with our dog and had a really great experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating to both us and our pet. When we first checked in, we noticed that the air conditioning in our room wasn't cooling the space properly. It happened to be a very hot weekend, so having a cool room was important for both us and our dog. After I mentioned the issue, the hotel immediately sent maintenance to inspect it. Although they explained that the AC was functioning and was simply an older unit, the room still wasn't comfortable enough for us to sleep well. We spoke with the front desk, and they promptly coordinated with maintenance to double-check the situation. They then kindly moved us to a newer room on the third floor. I believe this room would normally have cost more, but they upgraded us at no additional charge. The difference was amazing, and we had a great night's sleep. The pool area was clean, and the waterslide was long and fun, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We didn't get the chance to try the breakfast, but it looked affordable and seemed popular with other guests. Another thing we appreciated was how quiet the rooms were. Even though there is a train track right behind the hotel, we barely heard any noise. The soundproofing was surprisingly good. The views around the hotel were also beautiful. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and that level of customer service really stood out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Canmore Inn & Suites to anyone visiting Canmore, especially those traveling with pets. 🐾🏔️

    The bathroom is too small such that I cannot even wash my whole body. Besides, the train railway is too close to the Inn. The hourly train kept me up all nights.

    The front desk was very friendly when we arrived, but we found a hair on bed and asked to change the blanket before sleeping time, I was told no one is working at the service department at night. Also the shower space is very small and you can barely turn around - I'm a short guy; can't imagine how a big guy take a shower there, not to mention the shower water pressure is low maybe bc we're at 3rd floor. When I booked a Railway View unit, I didn't realize that the train is running right outside the window every few hours , which they could state that in the description. The town is nice, and only short drive from Banff town but is much easier parking.
