Overall, I had a great stay. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and have improved since my last visit. One suggestion would be to add a luggage ramp/slope for the Level 1 stairs, as carrying heavy luggage upstairs can be difficult. It would make arrivals and departures much more convenient. Despite that, I enjoyed my stay and would gladly return. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, I had another great stay! The facilities have improved since my last visit, and everything was well maintained. The only downside was the noise. I was woken up around 3:00 AM because some guests were being quite loud. This wasn't the host's fault, but rather the inconsiderate behavior of a few guests.
To future guests, please be mindful and respectful of others, especially during the late night and early morning hours. A little consideration goes a long way in ensuring everyone has a pleasant and restful stay. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would happily return. ⭐️

Bayu Senja Lodge offers a beautiful view, and the scenery is definitely one of its biggest attractions. However, I do have some concerns about the cabin’s safety. As it is built close to the hillside, the cabin noticeably shakes during strong winds and heavy rain, which can feel quite unsettling, especially at night.
Another disappointing experience was the customer service. I reported a concern that the bed might have bedbugs, but instead of addressing it professionally, the staff responded rudely by saying, “You only paid RM250, don’t expect a RM750 room.” While they eventually changed my room, I felt the response was inappropriate and unprofessional. Regardless of the room rate, every guest deserves to have their concerns treated with respect and courtesy.
Overall, the location and views are wonderful, but improvements in customer service and guest reassurance regarding safety would make the stay much more enjoyable.
