    Absolutely old school charm and hospitality. Clean, beautiful, awesome pool and beach front. So well run with amazing staff.

    I must start by saying the staff were amazing, they were all from the hospitality school and so polite, the the male supervisor in the restaurant was also very kind and attentive, any request they quickly followed up. We did book based on the photos for an escape from Canggu, we wanted a hotel with a spa so we could relax, based on this we booked for 4 nights. when we arrived we quickly realized that the photos were taken many many years ago and the spa did not exist. The staff were great in finding an alternative, but booking based on the photos did not meet what we thought we expected, our room door was hard to lock, the hook for the DND or PMUOR sign was missing. The room had multiple broken parts that had been repaired, but poorly, the curtains were held in place with zip ties. Would I stay here again, to be honest, I am unsure, but if I want to stay in a hotel that is a little run down, but has amazing staff, then I would.
