Nothing about this place is outstanding but it is all OK.
The air con in my room took some configuring but got to blow "cold enough" in the end. Room is a decent size and pleasant. Breakfast was basic but OK. It is close to the beach, bars, restaurants, massage all within about 100 meters. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in context of what you pay was good value.

From room condition to overall surrounding is comfortable. There is no mosquitoes, and friendly staffs to greet you. The rooms are well facilitated with good swimming pool view and children pool. Moreover, its 350m away from the Lovina Beach. Highly recommended!

Old style hotel, big room, shower is in the bath tub.
It was clean but no drinking water was provided until the last day of my stay.
Location is central to the main area of Lovina but the hotel is at the end of a long alley way, so quite a long walk anytime you want to go anywhere.
Breakfast started at 8.30am but most tours picked up before 8am so I wasn't able to eat breakfast at the hotel.
The pool also was cloudy and had a greenish tinge. Not very inviting.
This hotel is ok but you could definitely do better for the price.
