    The facilities are quite poor: the wooden structure has roofs made of tin sheets, which makes the rooms extremely cold. There are no heating blankets or room heaters available. While the view from the property is beautiful, you will likely struggle with the extreme cold at night, regardless of how many blankets you use. There is no water in the bathroom because it must be frozen so you have to use a bucket system. I recommend leaving early from Nubra or Leh and spending 3-4 hours near Pangong Lake before heading back.
