Very exceptional stay. The room was accommodating and the Resort beach and sea views were great. Starbucks on site and convenience store across the street which are very convenient. Enjoyed myself very much.

This resort is right on the beach. The rooms are very large and spacious, the grounds are clean and beautiful. The restaurant has great food. The location is excellent. It is a calm Beach. There are plenty of other options for nightlife, and food within walking distance on the beach. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Arinara Beach Resort Phuket was unfortunately disappointing. While the hotel has a nice beachfront location and the room was spacious with a comfortable bed, the property itself feels quite old and is in need of better maintenance. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It never cooled the room properly, and considering the large room size, a single AC unit was simply not enough. The room remained uncomfortably hot throughout our stay, making it difficult to relax or sleep. We also had an unpleasant experience with the elevator. It malfunctioned, and my wife was briefly stuck inside, which was both stressful and concerning. Another major disappointment was that the main swimming pool was closed for maintenance. This was never mentioned during the booking process. Had we known in advance, we might have chosen a different hotel, especially since the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this resort. The breakfast was below expectations, with limited variety and average quality. What made the experience worse was the poor management. Although we were still eating, the staff cleared our food from the table as soon as breakfast hours ended, without checking if we had finished. We understand that breakfast has a closing time, but guests who are already dining should be treated with more courtesy. Overall, the spacious room was the only real highlight of our stay. With better maintenance, improved facilities, and more attentive customer service, this resort could offer a much better guest experience.
