Very clean but a bit far from the city. Otherwise having grocery store next to it and felt safe.

Location is slightly away from city but reachable with train service.
Self check in and out but machine doesn't work upon check out. Few room guests struggled to perform check out at the same time and flocked the area.
All additional amenities to get from front desk, ie drinking cups.

We had numerous issues with this hotel. Firstly, we'd booked and paid for a room with a kitchen, but when we got there, the hotel said they only had a booking for a room without a kitchen. They said the confusion was Agoda's fault, which might have been true, but the hotel didn't try to sort this out with Agoda at all. It was left to us to contact Agoda even though a fridge was really important for our dietary requirements.
Secondly, when we contacted Agoda, they said they could get us a room with a kitchen and were just waiting for the hotel to respond. As far as we know, the hotel never responded and we never got a room with a kitchen, and we had to throw away the groceries we'd already bought to cook in the kitchen.
Thirdly, there was rarely anyone around to help. For example, when we ran out of toilet paper, there was no one around who we could ask for more.
Fourthly, on one day, the fire alarm rang. We evacuated our room and when we got to the ground floor, the receptionist and some other people connected to the hotel said it was just a test, so we went back up to our room. However, the alarm didn't stop, and when I went to the window to check, I saw that the fire force had arrived. One of the firemen told us to come outside and it was only then that we learnt that we needed to evacuate. No one at the hotel had bothered to let us know about this, even though they'd seen us go back upstairs after THEY'D told us it was just a fire alarm test. This was the cherry on top of nearly a week of irresponsibility on the part of the hotel.
