    The staff was so friendly and helpful. They really helped us when we arrived. The hotel is 10 mins by train to the center which is very good and the rooms were clean and spacious.

    We have stayed here for few nights. The suites are spacious and have all the facilities like kitchen. The cleaning is best. Highly recommended.

    Stanze belle e pulite, staff molto simpatico e disponibile. Posizionata in un quartiere bellissimo, non troppo lontana dal centro.

    Cost was too high for the quality of the hotel. Windows couldn't open without the help of the staff and ac was only setup to warm the room. So it was a bit claudtrophobic. The hotel has a very small lobby with no space to stay. Only thing you do is stay in your room or stay in the street until you want to rest. That wasn't suitable for 5 nights stay assuming that to stay in the streets until late is spending money in restaurants or other attractions. The advertise shows rooms with varanda and that's why I chose it for 5 nights. The lady at the reception said only few rooms have it! I was really devastated with it. My 12 and 15 years old children were not impressed although cleaness was a positive point for us. The hotel is in a good neighborhood although the hotel's street was tight and with a bad smell. The best thing is the metro station that takes you straingh to plaça catalunya and from there easely to anywhere. Public transports work very well in Barcelona. The staff at the reception were amazing! Also a positive thing is that room is cleaned everyday and towels changed every day.
