We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ametis Villa, and what made the experience truly exceptional was Agung. From the moment we arrived in Bali, everything was perfectly taken care of. Agung arranged our airport transfer with a comfortable limousine, which set the tone for a seamless and luxurious experience right from the start. Throughout our stay, he handled everything effortlessly — from arranging our trip to Nusa Penida, coordinating transport to and from the harbour, to recommending and booking some of the best dining and spa experiences for us. Every arrangement was smooth, well thought out, and completely hassle-free. What impressed us the most was his consistency and attentiveness. He would always warmly greet us whenever we left or returned to the villa, and constantly checked in to ensure everything was going well. It gave us a strong sense of comfort and ease throughout the entire trip. Any request we had — whether for villa arrangements or daily plans — was handled promptly and with great care. His mannerism is extremely kind, polite, and genuine. Because of him, this villa didn’t just feel like a place to stay — it truly felt like a second home. The villa’s location is also perfect — very convenient and close to the happening areas, including beach clubs, dining spots, and shopping areas, yet still peaceful and private. On top of that, the entire team — from the security guards, bell boys, to housekeeping — delivered outstanding service. The villa was kept extremely clean at all times, and everyone greeted us with such warmth and sincerity. Honestly, this level of hospitality is something we rarely experience, even compared to other countries with top-tier or VVIP service. We are truly grateful for this experience and will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

From the entrance to our villa, everything was aesthetically pleasing. Although it's located at the busy Batu Boolong street, you are still nested in your own quiet villa (aside from the occasional thumping bass noise at night, it was still bearable for us). Pool was warm, fit for the rainy season. Mosquito was still bearable for us and this is understandable tradeoff given the open air concept. Okta - our butler made the whole experience even greater and made sure everything was arranged and executed immediately. Overall great stay and cant wait to be back again.

Close to everything. Staff are beyond helpful and they made us feel as if we were home! Turndown service, pillow menu, villa delivered breakfast and right next to Bill Ho! There is no better place to stay! 10/5 stars!! From Miss Jo and Mr Kane
