We booked this villa for our honeymoon, hoping for a relaxing and memorable experience. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.
The villa was heavily infested with mosquitoes, and my wife ended up with multiple bites, making it extremely uncomfortable for us to stay. We had to cut our stay short and find alternative accommodation.
Moreover, the actual villa looked quite different from the photos shown online. We felt misled by the misleading presentation, which added to our disappointment.
While we appreciate the staff's follow-up and apology, we sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the condition and accuracy of their listings for future guests.
