We booked a couple days at Agung Wiwin. The staff were very nice, the pool was clean and had a good temperature. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice garden and big pool, but the water was very warm, so it was far from refreshing; Clean towels and spacious rooms and bathrooms with toiletries; Mattress could be more comfortable and cleaning can be improved - we found old packaging of snacks under the bed and way too many insects! Doors didn't close and we had to do our own pest control before we could sleep properly! Pool needs to be cleaner and cooler, dogs drink from it and sleep on loungers, which then smell like wet dog! We liked that they had a billiards table and that many nice cafés and restaurants were within walking distance. We ordered some drinks to our porch and it NEVER was cleared by the staff, even though they were mostly sitting around, doing nothing. Only 3 sun loungers and 2 bean bags, whereas 2 sun loungers were always taken by the same people from the morning onwards. For the price we paid there, it was a bit disappointing compared to other places we stayed at!
