    Beautiful newbuilt resort, clean, very professional service by the staff. The restaurant was also good, with exceptional service by the staff. The pool and surrounding area was very nice, not crowded at all. However, since the hotel is new, some facilities are missing, e.g. gym, pool bar, kids play area. There were a few annoying things that hopefully can be fixed easily. Wifi was often not working well. Also, we did not get login information at check in- it would be nice to have a note with all the info inside the room (phone numbers, breakfast and dinner times, wifi login). The room doors don’t completely shut by themselves and you have to pull them by force. Many people don’t notice this when they leave the room, so their rooms remain open and the doors are beeping loudly. I had to walk down the corridor and shut other people’s door because the constant beeping was driving us crazy. The hotel should adjust the door closing mechanism. Another annoying thing was that a gardener started spraying the plants around the pool with some pesticides/chemicals while we were in the pool, there was a strong chemical smell and I am sure it was not healthy for us and our little child. You should not spray the plants when there are guests around. Except for these, Amaari resort was the best out of 5 hotels we visited during our stay in Tamil Nadu and Bangalore, and it is an amazing value for the price. We recommend.
