    I traveled to Istanbul with my partner and initially chose to stay here for the location, but the convenience of this place went far beyond that. The service was amazing; it's a family-run business, and everyone was incredibly supportive. They were always happy to help with whatever we needed, and I have nothing more to say but thank you so much! I absolutely recommend this place for the caring attention we received, the spacious room, and the fantastic location near great restaurants, public transportation, and several tourist spots.

    We stayed for 2 nights. the staff was very responsive. There are nearby restaurants and markets . Bus is very near. Also near to istiklal street . Loved the cleanliness of the room . looked new . We stayed in the 4th floor, view from balcony was really pleasant . Room is safe. the receptionist person was very welcoming . But did not know English . still we cud manage well thru translator. Overall I really like the stay very much. There are kitchen utensils, hot water kettle , and electric cooker . Con: 1. No lift , if old ppl suggest to book on lower floors . 2. Road is very steep, as we went in June , summer time we did not feel difficult. probably during winter snowy season might be slippery is what I feel . 3. no mirrror inside the room for getting ready . Only in washroom theirs is a mirror . outside the room there is a big mirror but how will that help? 4. the area has very old buildings.the Vibe of the area was not good. But since main road is very near it really did not matter us. 5. I really request management to provide toiletries, as there was only shampoo. I think that is too basic things which should not be ignored . We cud manage since we had back up. the reception guy gave extra shampoo bottle saying there are no soaps or shower gels. Apart from all these , the property was clean and well maintained . I wud definitely rebook for the same if I come back to Istanbul again leaving behind all the cons . As I really liked the vibe of the room .
