If you are looking for a very easy in and out place, it is perfect. Was confused about in room WIFI and thought it was only available in areas other than room. Take a picture of WIFI password when you check in. We only stayed 1 night and that was on arrival. Super easy check in and the staff was very accommodating and we checked in quickly. The room was good and comfortable. The room seemed a little over crowded with 2 large beds but the view was great. I think 2 smaller beds would be better. It was overlooking the island hoping boat port. My only big concerns are: Rooftop bar was far from accommodating and hot. But, the area is under renovations. A nice balcony was recently built but no access to it currently. Breakfast was to be served in this area as well but we chose to go elsewhere for breakfast. After breakfast we returned to the room to shower and checkout but there was a brown out for power. The shower in bathroom, the water would not drain out and no hot water. No big deal at all. Overall: I give them 4 stars out of 5 because the property is under renovations. I will come again and the location is GREAT. So many great options for food and shopping within just a couple of minutes. I see a good future for this place and I will return here in the future. Don't be afraid to book this place at all. It will definitely be A Place To Remember for sure in the near future. AirCon was great. Room and bathroom was clean. TV in room was great. Staff was AMAZING!!!!! 4 STARS from me.

Don’t even think about considering it. The place is far from we’ve expected. We arrived earlier than check-in time, and we opted to pay for a standard room. To our surprise, they’re asking us to pay 4,000 for a standard room which is just 300 pesos less from Deluxe room (our actual room). We decided to book it from Agoda again and the app said we’ll only pay for 2,800. We then received a message saying we’ll pay for additional 1000 for our additional companion. It was a standard room on the first floor, we are 3 adults and they didn’t bother to provide additional towel and blanket for one of us despite paying extra for it. For a Deluxe room, you’d expect better amenities but it was even more disappointing. The view from our window is beautiful at the very least but, our bathroom got no lock. No privacy whatsoever, we just blocked the door with the provided trash bin by the sink. The aircon was also faulty, the remote is not working properly. The blankets are also very thin, the curtains might have a thicker cloth than the ones we used. There are also shih tzus walking around the property, as much as they’re lovely and cute, their nails are so long which most likely mirrors their attitude as caretakers of that place. We’ve rarely seen a staff around to help us and provide the “hospitality” we filipinos brag about. The lady we met when we arrived there is the only person accommodating in that place. It was indeed a place to remember, we certainly remembered it for its bad accommodation.
