The stay was great, the only issue was for taxi to find the hotel since there is another hotel with the same name down the road

We had a lovely stay here, the room was very clean and they have a shop below. The air con was brilliant and kept the room cold all the time. The rooms are very small and would suit backpackers great but if your on holiday with suitcases I would avoid as it’s a bit of a squeeze, the water pressure of the showers also isn’t great at times but a part from that we had a lovely stay

There are actually no issues with the room. Small room - Hong Kong style, but you know it. It is clean, the AC is working, good water pressure, hot water too, nice terrace... So I don't know why other reviews state otherwise. But I know why the score should be even lower. Because of the ladies owning the place. They own a shop downstairs. And they sell you everything extremely expensive. Paper cup for 10php - 0.15€! There is no place in Europe where paper cup costs more. And actually around the corner there is a coffee vending machine, that will sell you this cup filled with coffee for 5php. Coffee, beer, ice cream - everything is more expensive here.
At the check out day I somehow thought that check out time is 12:00. It was not stated in Agoda. I was ready at 11:00 and just sitting at the terrace , having a coffee. One of the ladies comes and tells me that it is time to leave. I grab my stuff and in a minute I'm already downstairs, and just pointed to them that they didn't state check out time correctly online. They apologized, but after that tried to play some stupid game. 20min after I left their hotel I receive message from them in Agoda. They tried to implant that I had some request (don't know exactly what) and they are unfortunately unable to fulfill my so called request, because the check out time was 11:00. Which pissed me off. I did not requested anything at any point. And to tell me that it is time to leave 20 minutes after I left your hotel? Come on!
So no issues with the room, just not the best staff.

The place is too small for group, very uncomfortable to move. Good for 1-2pax only. No cabinet for clothes. It needs maintenance, soap rack & towel holder not attached. Very slow water supply. Mitzuko the staff is not accommodating but the rest are. Linens were in good quality. The place looks new. Please monitor the place for improvements because the place has a lot to offer if only managed well.
