Amazing stay especially for families wih children

I stayed in a superior room with attached bath for three nights, and the experience was deeply disappointing.
- Room Service: Pathetic. I had to call multiple times just to get food delivered, which is unacceptable.
- Breakfast: Substandard and tasteless. For the price charged, the quality of food was shockingly poor.
- Privacy & Noise: No sense of privacy. Late at night, people were shouting in the corridor, and since my room was next to the stairs, the disturbance was constant.
- Value for Money: The tariff was high, but the facilities and service did not justify the cost. Guests expect comfort and quality at this price point, neither of which was delivered.
- Basic Amenities: Drinking water shortage added to the frustration. Something as fundamental as clean drinking water should never be compromised.
This combination of poor service, bad food, lack of privacy, and failure to provide basic amenities makes the stay unacceptable. I strongly urge the management to take stern corrective action—improve staff responsiveness, raise food standards, ensure privacy, and guarantee basic guest needs like drinking water. Without these changes, the property risks losing credibility with travelers who expect at least the basics of hospitality.
