About this villa rental
The house is located in the most exclusive area of Torre del Mar / Caleta.
The urbanization is constituted by 12 houses in private enclosure of 4300 square meters, has direct access to the beach;
In the center of the urbanization you have a magnificent pool with common areas, the pool open all year and, in addition, each house has a private garden.
The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor you have a private garden, kitchen-living room, one bedroom with bathroom integrated into the bedroom on the ground floor, a hall, exit to the garden and stairs to the first floor.
On the first floor you have a bedroom suite of about 80 squere meter, it is like a boat, you can see the sea in front, on the left and on the right.
The bedroom has a private terrace facing the sea with furniture to enjoy the incredible views, also has another smaller terrace with sea views too, the suite has 2 sofas relax and tv and big decorative chimmey.
the bathroom is divided on the left side of bedroom you have a shower with chromotherapy, shower column and large flow shower ceiling plus a big basin.
On the right side is the toilet with another basin.
in the room there is a sofa that has the possibility of becoming an 80 cm bed ideal for children if need used.
the room also has 3 and a half meters of built-in wardrobes, indirect lighting and all the comforts of a magnificent suite facing the sea
The house is prepared for 4 adults and 2 children.
the urbanization is a very quiet place even in summer, the vegetation and the garden make it the perfect place to read books, sunbathe, enjoy a swim or enjoy the beach.
The exit of the urbanization overlooks the promenade and beach.
The house in a few meters has bar-chiringuito (bar typical of the beach of Malaga) very cozy and nice to drink at any time of day.
Nearby there are several restaurants where you can enjoy a glass of good Spanish wine with Tapa in the morning, dinner or enjoy a tea or a cup of coffee in the afternoon.
Also very close just in a few meters you have supermarket Aldi very convenient to buy.
The house is between Caleta and Torre del Mar on the first beach line, this is the best position of Torre del Mar and Caleta.
You just have to go out and walk to Torre del Mar, you will arrive in a few minutes on foot, there you will find all kinds of shops, bars and restaurants.
Another option is to walk east to Caleta de Velez, in that case a few minutes you will arrive to the marina of Caleta, where you will find restaurants and a good atmosphere some days you can find live music.
Getting to Caleta de Velez on foot is also very comfortable, it also has restaurants, shops, pharmacy but in a smaller and quieter town, Every Saturday they have a very popular market called "Mercadillo de Caleta", this is usually very lively and is very visited by nationals and foreigners.

We have had a brilliant 2 weeks holiday. Completely stress free.Property is of a high standand.Communication excellant.Property is directly onto the beach through a locked gate.Other residents are mindful of each other and adhere to the siesta quiet time between 3-5 pm each day.Totally recommend this property and area.

The property was excellent, exactly as described, except for the BBQ. The location was excellent but unfortunately many of the nearby restaurants were closed for dinner which meant a good walk to work up an appetite!

Beautifully located villa as close to the sea as you can get in Caleta de Velez. A short walk and you’re on the beach and in the med. Views for the fabulous first floor terrace are awesome and can also make maximum benefit of the early sunshine. The South facing garden then maximises the afternoon and evening sunshine if you’re not on the beach.
Good size and warm pool if you prefer that to the Mediterranean.
Villa is very well equipped with everything you would need and all within a mile of enough restaurants, shops and chiringuitos to keep you busy and happy for two to three weeks.
Mauricio was a superb host, could not have been easier to communicate with, was really helpful and speaks good enough English to make things very smooth. We will definitely be back.
