About this villa rental
Welcome to our exceptional villa, located in a private and peaceful residence, just 500m from the beach. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the sea, the harbor, and the mountains, inviting you to slow down and savor every moment. Be amazed by the sunsets from the terrace. Spacious, bright, and comfortable, the villa is ideal for a holiday with family or friends, in a privileged setting that combines tranquility, relaxation, and proximity to shops, restaurants, and the many activities the region has to offer.
Breathtaking views: From the terrace, the living room, and two of the bedrooms, you will enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the sea, the port of Caleta, and the entire bay. A true daily spectacle awaits you: you can watch the poetic departure of fishing boats heading out to sea, as well as magnificent sunsets that illuminate the horizon each evening.

- 3 bedrooms with double beds: Two large bedrooms (180 x 200 cm beds) with magnificent sea views, one with direct access to the terrace. A third, smaller bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) offering a pleasant view and direct access to the pergola area.
- 2 full bathrooms, completely renovated with modern finishes.

- Large, bright living room with a fireplace, 65-inch smart TV, sea view, and direct access to the large terrace.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking.
- Air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room for optimal comfort.

- Exceptional terrace furnished to admire the landscape, the bay, and the sunsets.

The villa was lovely and clean, the beds really comfy and the kitchen stocked with all that you need to cater at home. The two bathrooms had also very recently been renovated and they were very smart! The views were amazing and it was lovely to sit outside and eat and have plenty of sun beds to relax on. It was only a 10 minute walk to Aldi and 10-15 minute walk to the beach/restuarants too. It is quite a hill on the way back up but that is worth it for the views from the villa, plus it had brilliant aircon in all bedrooms and the lounge to recover! Tony was extremely approachable and helpful on WhatsApp and responded straight away to any questions. He also organised us a taxi to and from the airport that was reasonable. We didn’t hire a car but if you do there is a parking space at the villa.Overall a wonderful holiday with our teenage kids. If there was to be one negative it was that the private pool, which was a great size, got very warm over the days we were there, so it wasn’t very cooling and we went to the beach instead as it felt a bit too warm water. I don’t know if this was because it’s salt water. Thankyou , we’d definitely recommend and would like to come back again

The pictures do not do this villa justice. It’s huge. There were two of us and we loved it. The pool is amazing. Couldn’t get my husband out off it!! The view from the garden is stunning night and day. We had the most amazing time and will definitely return next year. It has everything you need and the surrounding area was perfect. Bars beach restaurants. Wonderful. We did not want to leave. Thank you xxx

Great place. We've been there with a Group of 6 people and had great evenings on the terrace/by the Pool, with a great view.It's clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owner and Self Check In worked out very good as well. Comfy beds, Kirchen well equiped and just a little walk down the street towards the beach, Coffees/Restaurants or all along the beautiful promenade towards busy Torre del Mar.
