About this house rental
This modern and tastefully decorated family home has a lot to offer both in terms of how it is appointed and it's great location.
A perfect set up for family living and entertaining - a generous kitchen, dining and living space as well as large sliding doors that allow you to spill outdoors in all directions. A generous deck, lawn and patio make it easy to enjoy eating and lazing outside as well as getting active with the kids.
Large bedrooms, as well as a 'kids zone' off two of the bedrooms that can be opened up to give the kids even more space make this a great family set up. This area is full of toys (and also a tv and DVD player) and we are happy to leave these set up if that will make your holiday more enjoyable!
The master bedroom includes a large walk in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and heat pump (also able to be used for air conditioning, depending on the time of your visit).
Heating this house is simple and achieved by a large wood burner and 3 heat pumps (master bedroom, kids hallway play area and living room).
There is off-street parking for 3 cars, however detached garage will be locked. Our house will be left with basic kitchen ingredients and supplies.
Jacks Point is located only 10 minutes away from the airport, 'Remarkables Park' and 'Five Mile' (where a range of grocery and other shops are located). Twenty minutes will get you into Central Queenstown and also to Arrowtown and towards the wineries located in Gibbston Valley. If it's skiing that you're here for both Coronet Peak and the Remarkables are about a 30-40 minute drive away with the entrance to the Remarkables mountain, a mere 5 minutes away.
Within Jacks Point you will be spoilt with the choice of activities with the amazing cafe and restaurant (the 'Jacks Point Club House'), golf course, great playground for the kids, access to amazing biking and walking trails and tennis court all within walking distance.

This house is exactly as advertised. Surrounded by a stunning view, you have access to wonderful walking right outside the door. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking which for us was a literal godsend because I was tired of eating out! Good laundry facilities top inside the house. Beds are comfy. Amy is responsive, answered all,our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here. The house was very well equipped with great views. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor deck. The kids played on the lawn. All was good.

From the moment we walked into the property, we were impressed by the beautiful, clean, spacious home. The views were amazing! The house was very clean, had everything you need, perfect for families. The host was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some good advice to make the most of our stay. It was like a home away from home. We can highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to see Queenstown and the surrounding areas. Staying in such a beautiful place made for a very memorable family holiday!
