Well presented and comfortable apartment as described. Communication with host was excellent. Location convenient -only two tram stops from La Defense and the Paris Metro. Would recommend and would stay again.

Exceptional
Thoughtfully laid out to maximise space and comfort. Well equipped, clean and with comfortable beds. Great quiet location with plenty of local shops and restaurants close by. Easy walk up to la defense district with the tram close by too. Would definitely use this apartment again.

Les Fauvelles is an amazing appartment when visiting Paris. Close to La Defense, amazing bakery close by, Fred (the owner) is just the best! Everything was spotless, very cosy, all the shampoos and toileteries available. He even left us cookies, coffee and fully equipped kitchen. Then he checked on us whether everything is OK. Amazing!!

Such a nice place to stay and enjoy the local markets, easy access to everything a family could need.
Location, location, location. Tucked away in a quite street and close to all the amenities and transport a family could ever need. It’s clean, functional and the decor is quirky. It’s the little things that give that extra burst of joy, like the surprise box of toys and books for our children to enjoy. The host/owner is reliable and readily available to answer any needs.
The front door access. The owner Fred knows about this and is going to change this in the coming months.

Bathroom’s door doesn’t close properly. Bathroom is tiny (narrow space between the toilet and the shower).

Very clean, very well run by a wonderful couple. The location was perfect for us (right next to our son’s place) but is very convenient to go to Central Paris. And has a private parking if you have a car.
