Great appartment in a nice neighbourhood

Excellent location especially for events at la defense arena but also when you want to visit the city center its very easy with metro. Appartment had everything for a comfortabke stay and the neighbourhood is quiet and safe and some nice cheap place to eat close by. Internet was great and the guys who showed us the appartment were very nice and welcoming.

Agréable, bien situé mais peu équipé.

L'appartement est facile à trouver, situé dans un quartier calme, la nuit notamment. Il est confortable et agréable. La cuisine est moderne et très fonctionnelle, les chambres assez spacieuses et la sdb est grande avec un jet de douche très puissant. Le monsieur qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique et est venu rapidement apporter un torchon de cuisine pour sécher la vaisselle et nous aider à allumer la grande télé du salon. .

Il manque certains équipements comme les produits de toilette sensés être là, or il n'y avait rien, pas même un savon pour les mains. Pas assez de vaisselle et couverts pour 3 personnes et presque pas d'outils pour cuisiner. Nous avons reçu 3 serviettes (1 grande, 2 moyennes) pour 3 pour 3 jours. 1-2 de plus auraient été plus confortables. Les deux chambres et le salon manquent de lumière. Les télés dans les chambres et les radiateurs ne fonctionnaient pas (sauf celui de la sdb). Et le lave-vaisselle ne lavait pas car il manquait de sel et de liquide de rinçage. On a finalement tout lavé à la main.

Η τοποθεσία βρίσκεται κοντά στο μετρό La Defense (10 λεπτά με τα πόδια). Καθαρό διαμέρισμα πολύ άνετο, ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Πολύ κοντά στο La Defense Arena εαν κάποιος προορίζεται για να δει κάποιο μάτς ή συναυλία. Θα ξαναπήγαινα!

Leuk verblijf voor een aantal dagen Parijs

Ligging t.o.v de arena i.v.m concert. Ligging dichtbij openbaar vervoer naar het centrum.

Airco was mooi geweest, nu ventilatoren.

Ruim appartement in mooie wijk dicht bij Parijs.

Het appartement is ruim. Woonkamer, twee slaapkamers en een keuken en badkamer. Het heeft een overdekt terras. Het is schoon. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig. Het is ongeveer 10-15 minuten lopen naar de metro. Er zit een kleine supermarkt om de hoek. Heerlijk om te verblijven als je Parijs bezoekt.

Er zijn wat weinig lampen. De keuken zou iets beter uitgerust mogen zijn.

Жилье было бы хорошим, если бы не холод и запах.

Хороший район, до метро 15 минут. Которое не довезет вас до Эйфелевой башни, так как нужно будет сделать пересадку. Занимает 35-40 минут. Рядом есть продуктовый магазин, где продают вкуснейший горячий багет. Балкон хороший, во внутренний двор.

В квартире присутствует неприятный запах, туалет требует ремонта, уже устарело и видно что краска отваливается. Мало посуды на кухне. Чайник с накипью. Кондиционер и батареи не отапливают квартиру и было прохладно.

Heel fijn appartement in een nette buurt

De locatie is perfect. Op nog geen 10 minuten lopen van 'Westfield les 4 temps' (gigantisch winkelcentrum) en de metro, die je in 10 minuten naar de Arc de Triomph brengt (lijn 1). Het appartement is heel fijn, het heeft 2 slaapkamers, waardoor onze tienerdochter haar eigen kamer had. Het is schoon en heeft een eigen parkeerplek onder het gebouw. De toegang tot de garage en het gebouw zelf zijn afgesloten, je kunt er alleen in met je eigen 'sleutel'.

Het contact met de eigenaar verliep niet zo goed. Mailtjes werden niet beantwoord en de telefoon werd niet opgenomen toen ik hem probeerde te bellen. Uiteindelijk hebben we wel contact gehad.

Séjour agréable

L emplacement très pratique, près du RER et métro. L environnement tres jolie, petit jardin en bas de l immeuble, Bel immeuble, très propre, chic. Juste un petit truc a rajouter ds l appartement, apres c est un avis personnel, oreillers et torchon.
