Entering through the private courtyard, you will have complete privacy from the outside world complete with a 6 burner BBQ center, lush landscaping, outdoor dining and intimate sitting areas. Spend the afternoons relaxing by the tranquil swimming pool and spa with built-in tanning shelf for lounging. Relax by the outdoor fireplace and take in the sunset over the fairway.
This former model home features professionally designed spaces and well-appointed details like travertine flooring with custom inlays, crown moldings, custom windows treatments, floor to ceiling windows, and French doors that bring in the beauty of the outdoors. The great room has an oversized sectional sofa, fireplace, TV and wet-bar, and opens up to the game room with tournament sized pool table.

Suites 3 and 4 are located inside the main home at the opposite side of the house as the Master bedroom. They each feature Queen beds, private en-suite bathrooms and each room has French doors that lead to the private front courtyard.
Up the sweeping staircase lies the hidden gem of the house. A private loft with a Queen gel-mattress sleeper sofa and intimate sitting area equipped with gas fireplace. It's a flexible space for some quiet time to relax, or if you need additional sleeping space for guests. Through the French doors is the second story balcony that overlooks the front courtyard. It has a propane fire pit table and seating.

Second time visiting this property and it continues to amaze. With the kitchen, pool, spa, and pool table, it can be tough to leave at times. Great house in a quiet community. Can’t wait to return.

We loved this property! Very nice & we had a Great time. We used the prestock grocery amenity & was a little disappointed with that as they did not get what I asked for.

Great house and location but we had some issues. Pool was absolutely filthy and we had the pool guy come out many times and could not fix it after promising it would be fine in a couple hours. Also, the A/C in the casita would work intermittently. The repair guy came out and said it needs a part but said he made it work for now. Same issue the next day. Lastly, the trash cans were overflowing when we got there and had nowhere to put our trash other than next to the trash cans which was not ideal. Again, the property was nice and the property management company was very responsive but never really fixed our issues. Next time, we will look somewhere else because of the issues.
