About this house rental

Feel at home with super comfy beds, wifi TVs in all rooms, Sonos and high speed internet. The home backs to forest trails and is only about a 1 mile drive to NAU and the historic downtown. This is our second home and we love being here, cherishing our time at the house. We have all sorts of games and creature comforts for all of our guests. We hope you love it as much as we do. One bedroom has a king size bed, one has a queen and the third bedroom has a full size and a twin. We have all amenities that you might need during your stay, including a washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron/ironing board, etc. New backyard composite deck with table, seating and BBQ.

Well, clean was part of the title for this vrbo and I was wondering if that was true. Sure enough, it was the cleanest vrbo we've ever stayed in! Spotless showers. Not a smudge even on the air fryer. Great hosts too!

Great place to stay close to downtown. The house was very clean and Steve was great to work with. As a fellow VRBO owner I appreciate the ease of check in and check out as well as the clear instructions for everything. If we are back in town we will definitely be staying again. It worked perfect for our family of 5.
