About this house rental
This house if 5 years old, but shows as new since it has been our lightly used vacation home.
Situated on top if a hill, every single window in this house has picture-postcard views . This property is a destination in itself. You will never tire of the beauty of this setting. The house itself is a roomy (2300 sq ft) home built on four levels:
Level 1: The master bedroom/bath is on the lower level by itself, and has a king bed and a futon that makes a full bed. It has a covered patio with swing seat and table.
Level 2: Entry level has powder room and coat closet
Level 3: Kitchen and the great room with large covered patio.
Level 4: Top level has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room.
Two large covered patios are wonderful for sitting or dining outside. The upper patio has a BBQ grill along with table and chairs for dining. Fireplaces are in both the master bedroom and the great room.
Stairs are carpeted and child friendly. The upper patio is 23 feet above ground, which affords wonderful views. The patio has railing, but for children who like to climb over railings, it can be a hazard, so please be aware.

Greg's home was everything we could have hoped for, warm, inviting and close to everything. Greg was very responsive which made our stay especially enjoyable. We highly recommend!

The photos of this home do not do it justice! It’s bigger and even more cozy in person. It had everything my family of 5 needed. The homeowner, Greg, was very gracious, accommodating and available anytime. The home was very quiet and perfect being in a cul-de-sac. We have 3 children and one of which is a toddler. We felt so safe letting the kids play outside. Everything is so close, shopping, sledding, restaurants and downtown. Yet quiet and far enough away. We will definitely be back!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Greg’s townhome! Our kids had a blast playing in the snow and sledding down the hill in the cul de sac. The home is centrally located 10 min from downtown, target etc.
The owner Greg is such a pleasure, he met us at the house to give a tour and answered all questions we had. Thanks so much Greg, we will be back!

It reads townhouse, but this is actually a very well appointed roomie home. Very well located south of downtown Flagstaff. We enjoyed our stay Greg was very helpful and kind.
