Located two blocks from Lázaro beach, with calm and crystal clear waters, beautiful scenery, excellent for walking, water sports and children. Ideal for couples, solo adventures, families (with children) and groups. Located in a gated community, cozy, with high ceilings, large balcony and barbecue.
Living and dining room, cable TV, WiFi, DVD games table, large balcony with hammock.
The house has 4 suites with air conditioning Split type, and suite for maid in the outdoor area.
Cup and full kitchen with cabinets, refrigerator, 6-burner stove, freezer, microwave, blender, crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans, cake pans, pans, tablecloths and tea towels.
Has washer / dryer and iron.
* Bring bed and bath linen.
Remove the keys at the concierge, after identification.
Property Cleaning:
At your entrance, the property will be perfectly clean.
On your way out, be sure to remove the trash and food from the refrigerator and leave the house closed and in order.
Deliver the key at the condominium concierge.

Estadia nota 10. Casa ótima, confortável , bem conservada e com tudo que precisa para a sua estadia. Quartos confortáveis, área comum muito boa e com todos os utensílios de cozinha. Anfitrião acessível.

Casa excelente, bem ampla e arejada, praias lindas e calmas, tivemos uma ótima estadia.
A Sandra muito atenciosa, nos enviou mapa da localização, indicações de lazer, praias para conhecer, locais para comer, entre outras dicas.
Voltaríamos com certeza e com certeza indicaríamos para parentes e amigos.
O condomínio é lindo e seguro, foi um passeio maravilhoso em família em uma casa maravilhosa.

As fotos são reais, porém a casa é melhor ainda pessoalmente e tudo estava conforme descrito no anúncio, não faltou nada.
O imóvel é espaçoso e super confortável, bem localizado, tudo limpo e organizado, condomínio muito bom e seguro. O condomínio fica entre duas praias lindas e super calmas (Lázaro e Domingas Dias).
A Sandra foi gentil e ágil nas respostas, assim como o documento auxilio que ela preparou facilitou demais.
Pretendemos voltar com certeza, recomendo.
