About this house rental
I am Marcos Warschauer, a researcher with a curriculum vitae on the Lattes platform, so you can know a little bit more about me to be safer in the lease of this property by accessing my curriculum on the CNPq Lattes platform (search resumes).
My house is wonderful in gated community (SALGA) facing the sea with clear water, very clean and calm with white sand. Sleeps 13 people in five bedrooms. At the top, a reversible suite with double bed and three rooms with bunk beds, all with ceiling fan and closets for clothes. Two bathrooms (one reversible) and a full kitchen with fridge-freezer, stove with four burners, microwave, blender, cookware, pressure cooker, pans, dishes, silverware and dishes. dining area and living room are located in front of the house overlooking the sea, and flat screen TV for watching movies with family and friends. Big balcony in "L" with 180 degree views of the beach and the hill with hammocks to relax and hear the noise of the sea. This balcony you can see the children playing on the beach and in the sea so calm is seen as our huge pool.
At the bottom there are two rooms: one with a double bed and a single bed and standing fan and the other with tables, chairs and refrigerator that support the barbecue area next door, plus a bathroom. In the barbecue area has table, chairs and a large counter with sink for barbecues. A portable stove (is stored in the laundry) can be placed on the counter for cooking side dishes. Laundry small with a tank. Garage with capacity for up to five cars. Two beautiful lawns in front and behind the house where you can sunbathe with some privacy.
Holidays and seasons you can buy fresh fish on the beach in front of the house and 500 meters towards the hill is the Lagoinha river that gives access to the trail that leads to Bonete beaches, Great Bonete, Desert and Cedar (you can also go these boat beaches). With a walk of approximately half an hour you can find a waterfall and the ruins of Lagoinha.

Já é a segunda hospedagem, a melhor opção de Ubatuba, praia linda, sossegada, dentro de um condomínio organizado, a casa é ótima, varanda de frente para o mar, pé na areia, excelente para quem quer descansar.
