About this house rental
House Sape Beach 50 meters from the Sea.
- For up to Fifteen (15) people between adults and children in beds. I have an auxiliary bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. Totaling 18 (eighteen) people. For 18 people will be added value per person even being children.
- BEDROOMS.
- Suite 1: Sleeps 05 (five) people: 1 Double Bed, 1 Single Bed and a Bunk Bed, Five Pillows, HD 29 Satellite TV and Ceiling Fan and Wall Fan.
- Suite 2: Sleeps 11 (Eleven) People: 1 Double Bed and 04 Bunk Beds, 10 Pillows, 32 HD Satellite TV and Ceiling Fans, Wall Fan and an Auxiliary Single Bed.
- ROOM, CUP AND KITCHEN.
- American Kitchen, 475 Lts Refrigerator, Five-burner Stove, Blender, Thermos, Microwave, Squeezer, Sandwich Maker, Electric Coffee Maker and all cookware including Large Pressure Cooker, Casserole.
- In-room sofa set, Sofa bed, 40 SKY TV, Sideboard, WiFi, Ceiling Fan.
- LAUNDRY.
- Laundry tank - Washing machine - Floor clothesline - Iron and board.
- We do not provide Bed, Bath and Kitchen linen.
- BALCONY.
- Table, Wood Benches, Lounger and Wall Fan.
- GOURMET AREA.
- Table, Chairs, Balcony, BBQ, 475 Lt Refrigerator, Cooktop 05 burner, Sink, Garden and Wall Fan.
- EXTERNAL AREA
- Shower - Bathroom with Box and Shower.
- Garage open for 04 (four) Cars or VAN.
- Security Camera directed to the Indoor Parking and Social and Car Gates.

• Beach kit (02 umbrellas and 10 chairs).

• Small pets are accepted.
• Hook for net in the gazebo (Bring net).
PAYMENT METHODS.
We work with the following payment methods:
- 50% to confirm reservation.
- 50% check in at the house.
- Monthly installments through Bank Deposit.
WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
- 30% down payment on Bank deposit for Reservation and Contract issuance.
- Remaining 70% in installments on Card Has Fee; See Conditions.
- We Issue Contract: Every Rental is backed by a Temporary Rental Agreement, for yours and our SECURITY.
- Security deposit: In the amount of R $ 2. 000.00 Check or Promissory Note. In the case of Promissory Note, we provide.
Our House is Situated less than 50 meters from the sandy beach on one of the most charming beaches in the Ubatuba region. Located 500 meters from Maranduba Beach, with supermarket and shopping center with pharmacy, butcher, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, bars etc.
You do not have to cross the track, all made by Orla da Praia, until the Center of Ubatuba 26 km away and Caraguatatuba 24 km.

Estive no réveillon de 2018 na casa, fomos num grupo de 19 pessoas...fomos super bem atendidos pela Cristina e pelo Gabriel, a casa é muito boa, espaçosa, e eles estão fazendo muitas melhorias. Voltaria sempre que possível!!!

Estivemos na casa no réveillon e curtimos muito, a casa é espaçosa, confortável, tem tudo que precisamos.....foi muito bom....é um pouco quente, mas a Cristina e o Gabriel são pessoas maravilhosas e estão fazendo muitas melhorias na casa....voltaria qtas vezes eu pudesse!!!
